If there are no Work Orders available in your organization in Mapped, check the following:
- Have you checked GraphQL? The Mapped Console may time out loading an extremely high number of Work Orders. Try checking Work Orders recently created filtering by date with the Mapped GraphQL Explorer.
- Is the source connector configured and active? The source connector must be active and polling your CMMS.
- Are there Work Orders available in the source CMMS? Confirm there are records that should be syncing.
- Do you need a backfill? If Work Orders were created before you set up the connector, you may need to run a backfill to import them.
