Source CMMS Connectors
Backfill from a source CMMS connector to import Work Orders into the Mapped Graph. From the CMMS source connector, select the Backfill tab. Note that backfill is not available from Willow Ticket Source.
Select the Entity Types to Backfill (Work Orders, Service Requests) where applicable.
Select Backfill Mode
- Date Range: All records within a time period configured under Select Date Range will be imported into the Graph.

Specific Ids: Backfill by individual record Ids. This must be identifiers from the CMMS source, like Work Order Numbers or Ids.
- The Id format varies between CMMS systems, but it may be numerical or alphanumerical. The Id can be found in the Graph as an ExternalIdentity value.
Destination CMMS Connectors
Backfill or re-sync through a destination CMMS connector to re-send Work Orders to an external system. This may resolve a syncing issue or provide logs on why a sync is failing.
From the CMMS destination connector, select the Backfill or Re-sync tab.
Select the Entity Types to Backfill (Work Orders, Service Requests) where applicable.
Select Backfill Mode
- Date Range: All records within a time period configured under Select Date Range will be re-synced.

Specific Ids: Re-sync by Mapped Entity Ids. This must be the Mapped Id for the Work Order or Service Request.
