Run a backfill when:
- Source connector: You just set up a connector and want to import historical work orders that predate the connector configuration.
- Destination connector: You fixed a problem (missing mappings, misconfigured buildings) and want to re-process previously skipped work orders.
- Destination connector: You added new Buildings or Sites to the destination connector and want to sync existing Work Orders for those locations
- Destination connector: You updated field mappings and want Work Orders that were skipped to be re-evaluated.
Use the Backfill or Resync tab in the connector to specify a date range or a list of specific work order IDs. After running a backfill, check the logs to confirm records were processed.
