Work Order sync logs are available in the destination connector under the Logs tab. Look for entries that include:
- Skipped: The Work Order was intentionally not synced (with a reason)
- Missing mappings: This indicates that field mappings need to be completed
- Error or 🟥: Something went wrong during the sync
- Success or 🟩: Successful poll or backfill
If the Work Order you're checking was submitted some time ago, you can run a backfill on that Work Order then review the latest logs.
