Navigate to the Mappings or Work Order Mappings section.
For each required field, you'll see values from the Mapped Graph on the left and values available from the destination connector on the right. Map each one to the corresponding value in the destination system.
If there are no values available on the left for a required field, you can use the Overwrite with a default value option at the bottom of the page to set an override. When should I overwrite mappings with a default value?
Save your changes and confirm any suggested fuzzy mappings. If Work Orders were previously skipped due to missing mappings, run a backfill to re-process them.
