What's the difference between a source and destination connector?

Source

A source connector imports entities into the Mapped Graph. CMMS source connectors import Work Orders and Service Requests, their metadata, and assets into Mapped. Once ingested from the source, you can use Mapped GraphQL to view Work Orders or Service Requests

If a Work Order is missing from the Mapped Graph, or outdated compared to the source, start with the source connector.

Destination

A destination connector publishes or updates data from the Mapped Graph to an external system. CMMS destination connectors take Work Orders or Service Requests from Mapped and pushes, updates or syncs them to another CMMS, along with their metadata and any related entities.

If a Work Order is failing to get created or updated in an external CMMS, start with the destination connector.
