For a Work Order to successfully sync from a source CMMS to a destination CMMS through Mapped, all of the following must be true:
- The source connector must import the Work Order into Mapped, either through a backfill or poll.
- The Work Order must have a related location (a Building, SubBuilding, Floor, Space, or Zone).
- The related location must exist in the Mapped Graph and it must have an ExternalIdentity value with an identifier that the destination connector can recognize.
- The destination connector is configured for that Building or Site.
- All required field mappings are complete. This varies between CMMS connectors, but this might include status, priority, type, and other fields that the destination system requires.
If any of these are missing, the work order will be skipped.
