If you import your CSV file and the file validation flags the Building Site Id column as an error:
Building Site Id `SITE....` does not match any valid Site Ids in your Portal. Please update the Building Site Id to a valid value.
Check the Settings tab of the CSV Import connector and verify that you have selected the Site, and then select Save. The CSV validation can only "see" siteIds included in this Settings tab.
